We will work with clients to select vendors and negotiate purchase and lease agreements as well as help them find financing that is structured to stay within their budgetary restraints.

Once a client has taken possession of their assets, we will help them develop a tracking methodology so that asset managers can properly allocate these valuable resources and protect against loss.  Additionally, we will deal with vendors when it is time for an upgrade or replacement.

Finally, when it is time to terminate a lease or purchase agreement, we will represent clients to make sure that they are protected from unnecessary penalties that might otherwise be assessed by a vendor.
